Return Policy

We want to ensure you have the best possible shopping experience with Luxe and Stone. We know things happen and merchandise may need to be sent back. Knowing this, we will do our best to help if you are not completely satisfied with your order.

We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. Refunds are issued in the form of store credit/gift card. Below are our terms and policies for returns for store credit and exchange. 

Returns must be:

  • Postmarked within 20 days of the order date. International returns are within 30 days of order date.
  • Include the original invoice or a copy of the email confirmation and note the reason for the return.
  • Received in original, unused, unwashed, condition with original product packaging and tags attached.
  • Free of make-up, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, cigarette smoke, any appearance of being worn, or any other stains, odors, or elements.
  • Any items received that do not meet this criteria shall not be processed as a return and store credit will not be issued.
  • Any item rejected for return will require a re-shipping fee, which will be the responsibility of the customer. If we do not receive a re-shipping fee within 5 days, the item will be donated.
  • Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • We do not need to be contacted about any return being sent, unless it is an exchange (See Below).

The following items are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN or EXCHANGE:                   Jewelry, Accessories (including keychains), Hats, Hair Accessories, Headbands/Hairbands, Purses, Belts, Beauty/Health Products, Intimates, Bodysuits, Sunglasses, Children's toys, All Sale Items and Final Sale items

EXCHANGES:                                                                                                          Exchanges are completed if the return is received within 20 days from your date of purchase (30 days international) and if your size/item is available. You may email luxeandstone@gmail.com regarding a forthcoming exchange. Exchanges may be made for the similar item purchased. However, if your item is unavailable you will be notified, via email, and an exchange may be made for a similar priced item.  If no response to the email is received from the customer within 3 days, a store credit will be issued. 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:                                                           All merchandise is reviewed prior to being shipped. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you observe that your merchandise is damaged or defective, you must contact us, via email, within 3 days of receiving your merchandise noting you would like your item replaced with the same item purchased. If we are not contacted within 3 days, the return will be rejected and no store credit will be issued. With your smartphone, take a picture off the damaged/defective area and email the image to luxeandstone@gmail.com.  Indicate "Damaged" on the subject line.  Identify the defective area in the photo, as well as merchandise tags still attached to the garment. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:                                                                                          When an order is placed with us, please note that the liability is between you and the USPS. We will gladly replace items that aren't marked as delivered. However, once a package has been scanned as delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
